I can't view the movie:

to download Microsoft Windows Media Player 9
or the appropriate player for your operating system.
Is the Media Player behind another open window? Try minimizing all open windows
to check.
Are you getting any error messages? Please forward them to us so we can determine
the problem.
Still having trouble? Try downloading. See next paragraph.

I want to download the movie:
Right click on the link that says "Play the Video" and select "Save target
as" from the menu. Give the file whatever name you like but make
sure that it has the extension of ".wmv" attached. For instance
if you wanted to save a video and give it the name "I like this
band" you would type "I like this band.wmv" in the save as dialog
box. Alternatively you can use the name that is already entered
there.

My IMAC won't play the movie:
NOTE: This paragraph is relevant for all Mac users. Follow the link above
to download Windows Media Player. In the pop-up window beneath
"Windows media player for:" you will see a drop down list and
from that list you should select "Player 9 for Mac" that pertains to your OS version.
Allow download to complete.
Click on the file that you downloaded to start the installer for Windows Media Player.
When installation is finished you should be prompted to restart
your Mac. If not, restart it anyway.
Now try clicking on the "Play the video" link. It seems that on the
Mac you need to download the video first and then click on the
file itself to start playback. If you are still having trouble
send an email or call us and we will be happy to email the video
to you.
