A native of California for the past 26 years and of club culture for the past eight, Dave Scott's introduction to House, Hard House and Trance has changed his life in many ways. Once a club goer, he has since transformed into what makes the clubbers go. His unique way of controlling the crowds stems from his own clubbing experience. You'll never catch him spinning a record that wouldn't make him get off his own ass and dance. This talent won him a residency at Liquid Lounge in Huntington Beach where he plays monthly. His past performances include "Afterburner" in Irvine with Scooter & Lavelle, "XE Afterhours" with Adam Rush, "The Loft" in L.A. with DJ Rob Martin, "Club 705" in Hermosa Beach with DJ Smooth and most recently, Thursday night at the "Shark Club." Dave Scott's spins Deep, Vocal, Tribal and Progressive House, but he's best known for his Hard House & Trance/NRG. His influences range from The Tidy Boys, Lisa Lashes, The Warp Brothers, Ed Real & BK and his biggest, fellow DJ and friend Rob Martin. |
